ctIFRemap2VlanStatus

Module: CTRON-IF-REMAP-2-MIB

OID (symbolic): CTRON-IF-REMAP-2-MIB::ctIFRemap2VlanStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.4.1.1.14.1.4.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Defines the status of the ifremap vlan entry. Setting ctIFRemap2VlanStatus to a value of enable(1) has the effect of creating an entry in the table when it does not already exist. Setting ctIFRemap2VlanStatus to a value of disable(2) disables the entry and deletes the row from the table. Therefore this table only contains entries that are active.

If ctIFRemap2VlanSourceVlan is already being used by another ctIfRemap2Vlan entry or ctifRemap2 Entry then a set to ctIFRemap2VlanStatus of value enable(1) will return with a BAD-VALUE error.

What is ctIFRemap2VlanStatus?

This value controls whether a VLAN-to-port ifremap row is active, with enable(1) creating the entry and disable(2) deleting it from the table. Because a given source VLAN can only be tied to one active remap relationship, enabling a row whose source VLAN is already used by another VLAN or port-based entry fails with a BAD-VALUE error. For example, if VLAN 35 is already remapped in one row, trying to enable(1) a second row also sourcing VLAN 35 is rejected until the first is disabled.
