Description: Delete an entry from the permanent database.
What is permDelete?
This read-write action object removes a specific entry from the permanent database when set to deletePermanentEntry(0). An admin uses this to retire a manually configured permanent rule that is no longer appropriate, such as after decommissioning the device the rule referenced. For example, after a permanently filtered device's address is reassigned to new equipment that should be allowed through, the admin would use permDelete to remove the outdated block.
