What is pcMcastRec?

This read-only integer counts the number of multicast frames received by this PC. An admin uses this to understand how much multicast traffic a given workstation is being exposed to, useful when investigating whether excessive multicast chatter elsewhere on the network is impacting end stations. For example, a spike in pcMcastRec across many PCs simultaneously would suggest a network-wide multicast traffic increase rather than a problem isolated to any single machine.
