Module: CTRON-BDG-MIB

OID (symbolic): CTRON-BDG-MIB::pcFramesRec

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.2.2.1.1.1.24

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The number of frames received.

What is pcFramesRec?

This read-only integer counts the total number of frames received by this PC's network card. An admin compares receive activity against transmit activity for the same PC to understand whether it's mostly a traffic source or destination, useful context for capacity planning. For example, a file server's pcFramesRec would typically be much lower than its pcFramesXmit, while a client workstation downloading large files would show the opposite pattern.
