Description: The administrative enable/disable state for SNMP sysSystemUp trap.
What is trapSysSystemUp?
This controls whether the AP sends an SNMP trap when the system comes up. An admin enables this so their monitoring system is notified in real time whenever the access point boots or recovers, rather than only discovering it later via polling. For example, after a power outage, an admin with trapSysSystemUp enabled would immediately get a trap alerting them the AP has come back online.
