What is trapLocalMacAddrAuthSuccess?
This controls whether the AP sends an SNMP trap when local MAC address authentication succeeds for a client. An admin enables this to get a live log of devices being approved through the local MAC-based access list. For example, an admin auditing which devices are getting onto the network via MAC filtering can rely on trapLocalMacAddrAuthSuccess events as a real-time record.
