What is swCountrySetting?

This read-only string reports the regulatory country code currently configured on this access point. An admin needs this to confirm the AP is operating under the correct regional radio regulations, which affect allowed channels and transmit power. For example, if a wireless deployment is behaving oddly on certain channels, an admin might check swCountrySetting to verify the device wasn't accidentally configured for the wrong country's regulatory domain.
