What is qosMACTypeOpeStatus?

This is the row-status control for a QoS-by-MAC entry, showing valid(1) for an in-use row or accepting invalid(2) to delete it. An admin managing per-device QoS rules via SNMP uses this to add or remove individual MAC-based priority entries. For example, removing a retired VoIP phone's QoS rule is done by setting its qosMACTypeOpeStatus to invalid(2), deleting the entry.
