What is enterpriseApRadioMulticastDataRate?
This sets the fixed data rate used for multicast and broadcast packets transmitted from this radio interface, chosen from rates like 1, 2, 6, or up to 54 Mbps depending on the 802.11 mode. An admin lowers this rate to improve the reliability of broadcast/multicast delivery to distant or weak-signal clients, at the cost of using more airtime per packet. For example, in a large coverage area with clients at the edge of range, an admin might set enterpriseApRadioMulticastDataRate down to a lower rate like twoMbps(2) so those clients can still reliably receive broadcast traffic.
