What is apVLANMgntState?

This read-only value reports whether VLAN support is currently active on the AP. An admin can check this to confirm VLAN tagging is actually turned on before troubleshooting VLAN-specific connectivity problems. For example, if wireless clients aren't landing on the expected VLAN, an admin would first check apVLANMgntState to make sure VLANs are actually enabled rather than assuming a tagging misconfiguration.
