Description: The total number of octets transmitted out of the interface, including framing characters.
What is ctIfOutOctets?
This read-only Counter tracks the total octets transmitted out of the interface, including framing characters. An admin uses successive deltas of it to calculate actual outbound throughput. For example, an admin calculates outbound throughput by taking the delta of ctIfOutOctets between two five-minute polls.
