This read-only Counter tracks the number of times the paired ctIfInOctets counter has wrapped past its 32-bit maximum. An admin uses it to reconstruct the true cumulative inbound byte total on a high-speed interface that wraps frequently. For example, on a heavily-used interface, an admin adds ctIfInOctetsOverflows times 2^32 to the current ctIfInOctets value to get the true total octets received since the counter last wrapped.
