What is ctComPort?

This read-only integer indexes into the Com Port table, with com1 represented as 1 and com2 as 2. An admin uses it to identify which physical serial console port a table entry describes. For example, ctComPort value 2 identifies that a given table entry describes the device's second serial (com2) port.
