What is els100SysComPortEnable?
This sets the administrative state, enabled or disabled, of the switch's console port. Disabling it can be a security measure to prevent local console access, while enabling it allows an admin to manage the switch via a direct serial connection. An admin securing switches in an unsecured wiring closet might disable els100SysComPortEnable to prevent unauthorized local console access.
