This is the port number, from 1 up to the number of ports in the system, used to key priority-related settings to a specific port. It lets an admin apply or review Class of Service priority defaults on a per-port basis. To set the default priority for untagged traffic entering a particular port, an admin would locate the entry where els100SwitchPriorityPortId equals that port number.
