Description: The port that is being mirrored - the source.

What is els100SwitchMirroredPort?

This identifies the port whose traffic is being mirrored, i.e. the source port. It's the port an admin wants to observe, whose traffic gets copied elsewhere for capture. An admin investigating suspicious traffic on a particular port would set els100SwitchMirroredPort to that port as the mirroring source.
