Description: The state of flow control operation of the port, either enable or disable.
What is els100PortFlowControlEnable?
This sets whether flow control is enabled or disabled on the port. Enabling flow control lets the port signal a sending device to pause when buffers are full, reducing packet loss under bursty traffic at the cost of possible latency. An admin seeing dropped frames during traffic bursts on a busy port might enable els100PortFlowControlEnable to reduce the loss.
