What is swanMeshState?
This read-only INTEGER flag, with no source description, most likely indicates whether this WAN port is currently participating in a mesh-style multi-link WAN topology. An admin checks this to confirm a WAN port intended to be part of a redundant mesh configuration is actually active in that role. Seeing swanMeshState report false(2) on a port expected to be part of the mesh would alert the admin that the link isn't currently contributing to the mesh topology.
