What is swanAlignmentErrors?
This read-only Counter, with no source description but matching the pattern of suartAlignmentErrors, most likely counts received WAN packets with frame alignment errors since the port was last enabled. An admin monitors this for signs of clocking or line-quality problems on the synchronous WAN circuit. A rising swanAlignmentErrors count after a carrier circuit change would point the admin toward a clock synchronization issue with the new circuit.
