What is swBases?

This read-only OCTET STRING is an array with 4 octets per file, giving each file's base loading address in memory as a 32-bit integer. An engineer uses it to check whether two files were loaded into overlapping memory regions, a common cause of obscure crashes. For example, after a crash, support cross-references swBases with the range captured via configDumpStart and configDumpEnd to see if the dump overlapped a file's load address.
