OID (symbolic): CTATX-MIB::stRootPort
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.97.3.3.4.9
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
What is stRootPort?
This read-only INTEGER, though its source description is empty, identifies the port number through which this bridge currently reaches the spanning tree root. An administrator uses it to trace which physical port is carrying the uplink toward the root after a topology change. For example, the admin sees stRootPort change value after a cable is moved, confirming the bridge now reaches the root through the new uplink port.
