What is stActHello?
This read-only TimeTicks value, though its source description is empty, reports the Hello Time actually in effect on this bridge right now, as opposed to the configured value in stRootHello. An administrator uses it to verify the live BPDU transmission interval when diagnosing unexpectedly frequent or infrequent BPDUs on the wire. For example, the admin captures BPDUs on the wire and confirms their spacing matches the value reported by stActHello.
