What is sifTxStormFlag?
This read-only INTEGER (true(1)/false(2)) reports whether the PPE has currently invoked multicast storm protection on this port. An administrator reads this live boolean to confirm storm suppression is actively engaged right now, complementing the cumulative sifTxStorms counter. For example, the admin sees sifTxStormFlag reading true(1) on a port during a live incident, confirming storm protection is actively suppressing multicast traffic at that moment.
