What is sifTxCongests?
This read-only Counter, though its source description is empty, parallels the chassis-wide ppeTxCongests object and counts packets not transmitted from this specific port due to buffer congestion. An administrator uses it to localize which physical port is the actual bottleneck behind an overall rise in congestion. For example, the admin isolates a chassis-wide rise in congestion to one specific uplink by finding that port's sifTxCongests is the only one climbing.
