What is sifStPriority?

This read-write INTEGER, though its source description is empty, sits alongside sifPortCost among this port's spanning tree fields and represents the per-port Spanning Tree priority value used in port-role tie-break decisions. An administrator lowers it on a preferred port so it wins tie-breaks against another port with the same path cost. For example, the admin lowers sifStPriority on the intended primary uplink port so it wins tie-breaks over a secondary port with the same sifPortCost.
