What is sifSmlRxCnt?

This read-only INTEGER reports the number of small data buffers allocated for receiving packets on this specific port. An administrator checks it on a port handling many small control frames to see if that port's buffer allocation could be contributing to receive drops. For example, the admin checks sifSmlRxCnt on a port handling many small control frames to see if it is a likely contributor to that port's receive drops.
