Description: The time, in centiseconds, after which an element in a transmit queue will be flushed.
What is sifQueueTime?
This read-write TimeTicks value sets the time, in centiseconds, after which an element sitting in a port's transmit queue will be flushed. An administrator lowers it on a latency-sensitive port to prevent stale packets from being delivered late during sustained congestion. For example, the admin lowers sifQueueTime on a latency-sensitive port so packets that have aged past their usefulness are dropped rather than delivered late.
