What is sifFilterFlags?
This read-write INTEGER is a bitmask of special filter flags on this port, including NO_SOURCE_SAME, NO_SOURCE_LEARNT, NO_LEARNING, and NO_DEST_LEARNT. An administrator sets specific bits to disable particular address-learning or filtering behaviors on this port for security or troubleshooting purposes. For example, the admin sets the NO_LEARNING bit in sifFilterFlags on a port connected to an untrusted device to prevent the bridge from learning any MAC addresses through it.
