What is sifDesigCost?
This read-only INTEGER, though its source description is empty, reports the designated cost for this port's network segment within the spanning tree algorithm. An administrator compares it against sifPortCost to understand why a port was elected as designated port for its segment. For example, the admin compares sifDesigCost to sifPortCost on a port to understand why it was elected the designated port for its segment.
