What is sfddiDpcErrCnts?

This read-write Counter counts the number of DPC (data path controller) errors encountered by the FDDI interface hardware. An admin uses it as a general health indicator for the FDDI port's internal data-path chip, since a nonzero and growing count signals hardware-level trouble beyond simple frame errors. Correlating a rising sfddiDpcErrCnts with the detailed code in sfddiDpcErrValue helps a technician decide whether to schedule a card replacement.
