What is ppeTxCongests?
This read-only Counter tracks the number of packets not received due to internal buffer congestion in the PPE. An administrator watches it for a rising trend that signals the current receive buffer allocation, such as ppeSmlUxRxCnt or ppeLrgUxRxCnt, is undersized for actual traffic load. For example, the admin sees ppeTxCongests climb sharply during peak business hours and responds by increasing ppeLrgUxRxCnt.
