What is ppeSmlUxRxCnt?

This read-write INTEGER sets the number of small receive data buffers allocated for the Packet Processing Engine to build packets. An administrator raises it if small-packet traffic like control frames or acknowledgments is causing buffer exhaustion under load. For example, the admin increases ppeSmlUxRxCnt after seeing the ppeTxCongests counter climb during a burst of small control-packet traffic.
