What is meshCostChangeCount?
This read-write INTEGER, though its source description is empty, counts the cumulative number of mesh cost changes, paralleling the role stTopChangeCount plays for LAN spanning tree instability. An administrator treats a rapidly climbing count as a sign the mesh backup path's underlying line is unstable. For example, the admin sees meshCostChangeCount climbing rapidly and suspects the mesh backup circuit's underlying line is flapping.
