What is debugBase?

This read-write INTEGER is the base address of the memory region targeted by a debug examine or modify operation. A support engineer sets this, along with debugLength, to point the low-level debug facility at the exact memory location they need to inspect or change. Vendor support might direct an admin to set debugBase to a specific hex address associated with a known diagnostic structure when troubleshooting a firmware anomaly.
