Description: Whether the first power supply is present.
What is configPowerPresent1?
This read-only INTEGER reports whether the first power supply bay is physically populated, either supply-present(1) or supply-absent(2), independent of whether an installed supply is actually working. An administrator uses it to distinguish a missing supply from an installed-but-failed one reported by configPowerAc1/configPowerDc1. For example, configPowerPresent1 reads supply-absent(2) after a technician pulls supply 1 for bench testing, confirming the chassis correctly detects the empty bay.
