What is kxtrunkLastError?
This read-only enumerated INTEGER records the last reason a trunk link failed while in the closed, oneway, or helddown state, such as in-bpdu, multiple-bridges, ack-lost, or too-many-groups. It gives an administrator a specific diagnostic clue for why a trunk link isn't joining properly, rather than just knowing that it failed. For example, seeing kxtrunkLastError report multiple-bridges(3) would tell the admin the far end is seeing more than one bridge on the segment, suggesting a wiring or loop problem.
