Description: The time, in centiseconds, which should expire between the sending of traps.
What is kxtrapTime?
This read-write TimeTicks value, expressed in centiseconds, sets the minimum interval that must elapse between successive trap transmissions. An administrator adjusts it to throttle trap generation and avoid flooding the network or trap receiver during periods of repeated events. For example, an admin dealing with a flapping port that would otherwise generate constant traps could increase kxtrapTime to space out the notifications.
