What is kxadminArpStatics?

This read-only Counter reports how many manually configured, static ARP entries exist across all interfaces on the switch. An admin uses this to keep track of how many fixed IP-to-MAC bindings have been deliberately configured, distinct from the dynamically learned entries counted elsewhere. For example, after adding several static ARP entries for critical servers, the admin would check that kxadminArpStatics increased by the expected count to confirm the entries were saved correctly.
