What is cmmRxRate?
This read-only value reports the current receive data rate for this modem's active call. Admins monitor this in real time to gauge the actual quality and throughput of an ongoing session, comparing it against the initial connect rate to detect degradation. For example, a modem's cmmRxRate dropping partway through a session compared to its cmmInitialConnectRate would indicate the line quality degraded and the modem renegotiated to a slower rate.
