This read-write RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of IP interface entries, where deleting a row also removes the corresponding IpAddrTable entry along with any static routes and protocol interfaces such as RIP and OSPF defined on it. An admin uses this when decommissioning an interface, understanding that the deletion cascades to remove dependent routing configuration automatically. For example, deleting an IP interface via this status object automatically also removes any RIP or OSPF configuration that had been layered on top of it.
