What is drIpInterfaceARPServerStatus?

This setting turns the ARP Server mechanism on or off for a specific IP interface, a feature the user explicitly enables or disables to control whether the device actively answers ARP queries on that interface's behalf. Administrators would enable it in scenarios needing centralized ARP resolution assistance and disable it where standard ARP behavior is preferred. For example, setting drIpInterfaceARPServerStatus to enable on a segment with many silent hosts ensures the router still responds to ARP requests for those addresses.
