Description: This denotes the number of powered on cells in the partition. Zero will be returned if the value can not be determined.

What is cpqSePartitionPoweredOnCells?

This OID reports the number of cells within this partition that currently have power applied, returning zero if the value cannot be determined. An admin compares this value against the total installed cell count to detect a cell that is physically present in the partition but not actually powered on, which would reduce available compute capacity. For example, a partition reporting 3 installed cells but only 2 powered-on cells would alert the admin that one cell in that partition is not contributing its CPUs and memory.
