What is cpqSeOsCommonModuleDate?

This read-only 7-byte OCTET STRING encodes the year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and hundredths of the module's build date. An administrator cares for precise build tracking beyond what the XX.YY version string alone conveys. For example, an admin decodes this date to pinpoint the exact build of an agent module suspected of a bug that was fixed in a later build.
