What is cpqSeCpuCacheSpeed?

This read-only INTEGER from 0 to 65535 is the speed of the cache memory in nanoseconds, returned as zero if the cache speed is unknown or unobtainable. An administrator cares to check whether the cache is performing at its rated speed. For example, an admin flags an unusually high nanosecond value here as a possible sign of a degraded cache module.
