What is cpqSeComplexIOXCabinet?

This OID reports the number of IOX (I/O expansion) cabinets, as opposed to compute cabinets, that make up this complex. An admin uses this figure together with cpqSeComplexComputeCabinet to understand how many of the complex's cabinets are dedicated to I/O expansion versus core compute. For example, a complex reporting 0 IOX cabinets would tell the admin all installed I/O capacity is provided directly by compute cabinets rather than a separate expansion cabinet.
