What is cpqSeCellPresent?
This OID reports whether a cell board is physically present in this cell slot. An admin scans this value across all cell indexes to build an accurate inventory of which slots are actually populated versus empty in a large multi-cabinet complex. For example, a slot reporting false for this OID would tell the admin that particular cell position is currently empty and available for a new cell board.
