What is cpqSiQuickTestRomDate?

This read-only 7-octet string encodes the build date of the current quick-test ROM diagnostic image as year, month, day, hour, and minute fields. It matters for tracking whether diagnostic firmware is current across a fleet. For example, during a firmware-compliance sweep, an admin decodes cpqSiQuickTestRomDate and finds several servers running a quick-test ROM years out of date, scheduling them for an update.
