What is cpqSiMonitorManufactureDate?

This read-only 7-octet string encodes the manufacture date, as year/month/day/hour/minute fields, for a specific monitor table entry. It matters for per-unit age tracking when a system has several attached displays with different ages. For example, a lifecycle audit compares cpqSiMonitorManufactureDate across all monitor indexes on a workstation-class server to decide which specific display to replace first.
