cannotConfig(5) The adapter could not be configured.

powerFault(6) A power fault occurred for the slot.

unexpectedPowerLoss(7) Power was unexpectedly lost from the slot.

wrongSpeed(8) The adapter cannot be run at the current bus speed.

functionlFailure(9) The adapter is not functioning correctly. This may be caused by a cabling problem.
