What is cpqOsSystemUpTime?

This read-only string reports the total elapsed time the computer has been running continuously since it was last started. An admin checks this to confirm whether a server has recently rebooted unexpectedly or to verify long-running uptime for stability tracking. For example, an unexpectedly low cpqOsSystemUpTime value on a server assumed to be stable would indicate it recently restarted, perhaps due to a crash or patch.
